Privacy Policy

CreatorDrop ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The short version: we collect only what's needed to run the service and never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

1. Data we collect

Account data. When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your email address and display name. This is used to identify your account and nothing else.

Content you create. Stories you submit and videos the pipeline generates are stored in our database and file storage (Supabase). This is necessary to display your videos in the dashboard and to serve them back to you.

Billing data. If you subscribe or purchase a Drop Pack, payments are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.

Usage data. We store a record of Drop usage per generation (scene count, narration length, cost) for billing accuracy and to show you usage history. This data is tied to your account and not used for advertising.

2. Data we do not collect

— We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
— We do not sell your data to any party, ever.
— We do not build advertising profiles from your activity.
— We do not collect data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

3. Third-party services

To operate the service we use the following processors. Each receives only the minimum data required for its function:

— Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage (EU/US regions)
— Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
— Anthropic (Claude) — story text is sent for AI analysis and scene generation
— Replicate / Google — image generation for scene illustrations
— Inworld AI — story narration text is sent for text-to-speech synthesis
— Inngest — background job orchestration (no user content stored)
— Vercel — hosting and serverless compute (no user content stored)

Your story text is transmitted to AI providers (Anthropic, Replicate, Google, Fish Audio) for processing. It is not stored by these providers for training purposes under their standard API terms.

4. Data retention

Your account data and generated content are retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual videos from your dashboard at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at support@bozbuilds.tech. We will process deletion requests within 7 days.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@bozbuilds.tech.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded on any page.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
